And on a lighter note...

Just finished watching the second DVD of Buffy season 4. Love the show. Too bad I didn't realize how good it before it ended... But yay for DVDs! I'm already thinking of buying seasons 6 and 7 next month. Let's just see where I stand money-wise then.
And also, things that made me go 'Huh?' in HPHBP:
* Dumbledore dies. Ok, that was kind of obvious, I guess, but I still felt shocked when it happened, and expected JKR to bring him back somehow. Until the phoenix song. Then I just accepted it.
* Snape is bad. I kind of liked that part, actually *g* He's just so much more interesting as a bad guy... Although I still feel that there's some explanation missing as to why Dumbledore trusted him so much. I thought maybe he had an unbreakable vow or something. Or maybe he was really just a softy and Snape was a really good actor.
* Draco is a softy. You know, I actually felt bad for him most of the book. I wonder what'll happen to him now that he failed his mission (well, kinda failed). We'll see...
* Harry/Ginny - Forgive me the H/D shippers, but I kinda like that. Don't like the fact that they broke up though. Seems silly, especially when Harry was ok about Ron and Hermione tagging along with him wherever he decides to go. And anyway, their not being together doesn't change the fact that he likes her, and of course Voldemort will use that if he has to. So duh. But yeah, I know, all that hero crap and everything. Fine.
* Tonks/Lupin - huh? I didn't see that coming... But no problem with that ship. Only thing I had a problem with was the fact that I fully expected Tonks to be someone else using polyjuice potion, what with her acting all weird and serious and being unable to morph her hair (and that was the big thing, in my opinion, because with polyjuice potion you get the looks but not the abilities, so it made sense).
That's about it. All in all, I really liked it... Nice and dark and full of suspense. I wonder if parents are letting their children read it. And I wonder how much they'll sugarcoat it when they shoot it... And now, I'll just wait for the release of the next movie here in Brazil...
