I loevd reading all your thoughts, and thinking about my own process, which is kind of like yours - I start with a song, think of kinda what I want to say, then go clip hunting, dragging things around the timeline until they *feel* right. Then I annoy people on AIM for hours until it feels right to someone other than just me. And off it goes.
